Pineapple Frozen Yogurt
A nostalgic summertime favorite for anyone who’s been to a certain amusement park, but with all-natural, healthy ingredients. When you buy a pineapple, the best way to ensure you don’t waste it is to cut it up right away and keep frozen chunks in a sealable container, ready for recipes like this!
4 cups frozen pineapple, cubed
1 cup of Maple Hill Creamery Plain Greek Yogurt
Place the yogurt and frozen chunks of pineapple into a food processor or high-powered blender (the pineapple must be frozen).
Blend until the consistency is very creamy. You may have to stop a few times and scrape down the sides to incorporate all of the pineapple. Once all the pineapple is blended, spoon into individual dishes, and serve as “soft serve.” You can freeze the leftovers, but it won’t return to this soft and creamy state, though you will have a delicious scoopable frozen yogurt.
